Forney 17-Pack 1/2 lb. 1/8" DC Aluminum Arc Flux-Coated Welding Rod is the highest strength alloy for arc and torch welding of low alloy aluminum. It is excellent for cast, wrought and extruded aluminum in all positions. It can also be used as a torch brazing alloy. Typical applications include truck beds, loading ramps and docks, banisters, stairs, diamond plate, irrigation piping, engine blocks, transmission housings and railroad frogs. It has a tensile strength of 34,000 psi and comes in a plastic box.
